Nothing beats a home-cooked Italian meal, as Chef Alberto will show you in this hands-on cooking class. Discover the time-honored secrets of creating your own classic recipes so authentic, you'll swear they were taken straight from Nonna's cookbook.
Begin by topping toasted bread with ricotta cheese turned fiery with chili pepper before preparing a veal ragu served atop pappardelle pasta made from scratch. You'll also learn the secrets of cooking rich risotto peppered with tender artichokes and bake up a creamy panna cotta for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
