What You’ll Do

Experience the incredibly comforting, classic flavors of France's Northern region.

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Timothy, you'll learn smart kitchen tips to create a menu that utilizes fresh ingredients and techniques of traditional French cooking to create bold and authentic sapidity in each course.

First, learn how to bake a cheese soufflГ© to pillowy perfection for a delicate starter. Next, fill chicken with ham and Swiss cheese and coat in an assortment of breadcrumbs before baking and serving with a cheesy au gratin and crunchy haricots verts. Finally, prepare caramel from scratch to serve atop a warm apple tart and ice cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

He loves to cook international cuisine as well as classic southern fare, and his goal is to bring the life-giving joy of wonderful food to every guest.

What an incredible experience. Chef Timothy was so well prepared, knowledgeable and wonderfully interactive. The food was delicious. Lots of yummy leftovers.

Chef Timothy was wonderful. He came fully prepared and made a fabulous meal. He will let you participate as much or as little as you like. There were only 2 of us and the amount of food he made would have fed several. We will definitely enjoy the leftovers. Thank you for a fun evening!

The experience was comforting and fun! Every dish was amazing! We learned a lot, had fun and most of all the food was delicious with every bite. We will definitely be booking him again for other experiences.
