Learn how easy it is to prepare a raw organic, healthy and flavorful four-course meal from scratch. Proponents of a raw food diet believe that heating food destroys nutrients and that uncooked meals are healthier.

Begin with a raw gazpacho made from tomatoes, avocado and basil, followed by cucumber rolls filled with homemade vegan cashew cheese. For your entrГ©e, learn how to make vegan pad Thai with zucchini, lime, lemongrass and homemade peanut sauce. To round out your meal, prepare a raw chocolate ice cream topped with fresh berries.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Another accomplishment to add to the list: She won the bronze medal in the seafood category in the 2018 Caribbean chef competition.

We had a great experience! Chef Peggy was very sweet and we learned new things that I know we will apply soon to our everyday cooking routine. The food was fantastic. Best Father's Day gift for my husband.

Chef Peggy was absolutely phenomenal! The food was top notch! Each course was delicious and beautifully plated. Chef Peggy was friendly, attentive to details and dealt with our crazy party with ease! I would highly recommend Chef Peggy and hope we get a chance to work with her again!!!
