From shrimp and calamari to tuna and crab, cook up a selection of gourmet seafood recipes.

Sumptuous seafood dishes abound in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Timothy. With his expert guidance, you'll discover the magic of creating your own diverse seafood spread completely from scratch.

Get your cooking lesson underway with fresh shrimp cocktails and homemade sauce, and crunchy calamari served in marinara sauce. Then, prepare crab cakes flavored with red peppers and remoulade, top crispy wontons with soy and tamari-infused ahi tuna, and expertly cook up king crab legs you'll dip in Old Bay lemon butter.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Incredible experience with Chef Timothy! An anniversary dinner to remember. Food was coursed out really well and all tasted fantastic. Chef was extremely knowledgable, both in the history and science behind all the things he cooked for us and more dishes he enjoys. Was generous enough to share the recipes he cooked for us and any other from his archives. 10/10 recommend this experience for any occasion.

Chef Timothy was professional and organized. He came about 45 minutes early and got the kitchen ready. Our appointment was 6 p.m. and our class started just a few mins. after 6. Our class was Seafood Essentials. The food he prepared was very delicious, especially his shrimp cocktail and crab cake sauce. In fact, he prepared a lot for us that we couldn’t finish all. While we ate, he cleaned up the kitchen and rinsed off the dishes for us. He has a good sense of humor and he doesn't mind telling us his background and life story. He’s very open and courteous. We admire his work ethics and hard work all his life. We are very pleased with this cooking class experience.
