Learn how to craft a classic French menu completely from scratch with Chef Chris.
In this hands-on cooking class inspired by the popular series, Emily in Paris, you'll learn how to prepare a selection of signature French dishes. Learn foundational French cooking techniques while working with fresh seafood, red wine-braised chicken and paper-thin French crêpes.
First, create a vibrant broth for mussels followed by a rich braised dish called coq au vin. You’ll practice your knife and pastry skills to create French-style potatoes and delicate crêpes with rum-infused cream cheese and fresh berries.

An amazing experience all thanks to Chef Chris. He is professional, yet fun to learn from and work with. Chef Chris is also very clearly knowledgeable and accommodating - we had a group of 6 friends in our personal cooking class with varying experience levels with cooking.
