We had an amazing time making fettuccine veggie and spaghetti ragu from scratch! My favorite part was folding the dough and running it through the pasta roller. It was such a fun, hands-on experience. I highly recommend this class to anyone who loves Italian food or wants to learn how fresh pasta is made from start to finish!

Chef Luana’s pizza class was fantastic! The first thing you learn is that great pizza is all about the dough, and Chef Luana does an incredible job explaining every step of the process in a way that’s both detailed and easy to follow. I had no idea how much craftsmanship goes into making the perfect dough until taking this class. Chef Luana is a wonderful teacher and is clearly passionate about what she does. My wife and I loved hearing her stories and learning the “why†behind each step, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The pizzas we made were absolutely delicious, and we left feeling excited to recreate them at home. We can’t wait to put our new skills to use and are already looking forward to taking more of Chef Luana’s classes. Highly recommended for anyone who loves pizza or simply wants to learn from an exceptional instructor!

My husband and I loved this date night. We took a cooking class in Italy for our honeymoon but class with Luana in her apartment felt even more authentic than that - it was like cooking with Nonna. Everything was delicious and I’m excited to make more gnocchi at home. Will definitely be booking Luana again.

This was a birthday surprise for my partner and we had such a good time! Chef Luana was warm, welcoming, and hilarious. She was very detailed and hands-on in teaching us how to make spaghetti and fettuccine, and you can really sense her passion! The sauces she made to go along with the pasta (vegetable and ragu) were both so fresh and delicious. We were so proud of how our pasta came out lol, it was harder than we thought but such a rewarding process. Chef Luana also gave us super yummy brioche for dessert, and a little birthday gift for my partner which was so sweet. Overall, such a fun and special experience, and we had an amazing meal - thank you Chef Luana!

Chef Luana was a very gracious host (she made us cappuccinos and tiramisu!) and taught us everything there is to know about her background and the pasta making process. We made spaghetti, fettuccine, and vegetable sauce (but we got to try ragu as well!). We had such a lovely time and would highly recommend for date nights or a gift to a loved one! She even brought us a birthday banner and sash :)

We had a great night with Chef Luana. We made spaghetti and fettuccine and it was amazing. She showed us how to make the pasta and how she’s cooks it. We will definitely be back to try the gnocchi. Great time!

Chef Luana welcomed us as family for an unforgettable cooking class. Her love for cooking and years of experience was shared with us as we made the most delicious gnocchi. We enjoyed a homemade ragu gnocchi and a cheese blend gnocchi - both were so yummy, we couldn’t pick a favorite! We also indulged in bruschetta, and dessert. Chef Luana grew up in a part of Italy not far from where my grandfather grew up, which made the whole experience even more special and we felt right at home! Thank you, Chef Luana, for the most wonderful time and new culinary skills to last a lifetime. Hope to cook with you again soon! - James and Amanda

We made pasta from scratch and Chef Luana was incredible!! I cannot recommend her enough, she is so caring and attentive. She pays attention to all the little details and we got to eat the pasta we made at the end... best pasta I've had beside from Italy! She is the sweetest and I will definitely come back!

Chef Luana was great from start to end. I surprised my wife with a fettuccine and spaghetti making class and the experience overall was super great. The class was comprised of 3 couples and it was such an intimate vibe compared to bigger classes. Will be recommending to all my friends and will be coming back soon.

We made fettuccini and spaghetti with a vegetable sauce and a ragu sauce and IT WAS AMAZING! Such a great experience as well, my girlfriend loved it. 10/10 I will order dinner as well
