Our family of 13 had the best time w/Chef Federico! His home is lovely, warm & welcoming. He was so organized for our large group. We broke into groups but also shared tasks to create a delicious fresh salad, potato gnocchi with a chicken bolognese (recipe chef created based off our family preferences & YUM), & strawberry tiramisu for dessert. Chef Federico is warm, enthusiastic, engaging, patient, creative, welcoming & eager to share his passion for cooking and create a wonderful evening!

My fiance and I had a 'classic italian' cooking class with Federico and loved it. Food was delicious and we had a great night all around! Love that the recipes were ones we could take home and incorporate into our regular meals. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience with Chef Federico! We could not recommend him more. We (my partner and I) went for our six year anniversary and simply had a blast. (On that note, we felt very comfortable in this class as an LGBTQ couple!) Chef Federico was an outstanding host and extremely well prepared for our class. He had prepared and organized all the food ahead of time, so we had minimal grunt work and maximal fun. He even prepared us a number of appetizers to nibble on during the class. He was a superb teacher and gave us a number of tips. We also greatly appreciated how accommodating he was in getting us scheduled when we had limited availability. And finally, the food was SO GOOD (buonissimo!!!!). Grazie, Chef Federico!

Federico created a great evening for our team's cooking class. Everyone got to be involved in the preparation of the meal, he made the recipe exciting yet easy to follow, and the food tasted fantastic. Would highly recommend for a team bonding exercise or a group activity. Would love to do it again!

We booked Chef Frederico for our sister-friend’s birthday. We had a ball. Chef Frederico taught us some helpful tips for cooking at home and made (with) us a delicious meal. As a matter of fact I’m making one of the dishes tonight! And his playlist made it even more enjoyable:)
