Junior chefs will learn how to prepare handmade pasta completely from scratch.
In this hands-on cooking class, kids will explore in the kitchen as Chef Federico shows them how fun it is to make homemade pasta with just a few ingredients.
They'll start by preparing the dessert: Strawberry tiramisu with soft ladyfingers. The dessert will cool in the fridge while the kids mix a refreshing greens salad and drizzled with a zesty vinaigrette. Then, they'll get to work making pasta that will be paired with a creamy tomato sauce. Finally, the kids will enjoy their fruity, freshly made tiramisu.
A minimum of one adult is required to be in attendance per group. Adults are required to purchase tickets in addition to kids. This class is recommended for ages 8-15.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
