Cooking Class - Elevated Cooking With Wine

What You’ll Do

Join Chef Will in creating a handful of dishes featuring several wine varietals.

This interactive, hands-on cooking class will show you how to cook a variety of dishes with wine, from chardonnay to port. You'll be guided in handcrafting these recipes and culinary techniques to use in your own kitchen.

Begin by creating a rich risotto infused with chardonnay and creamy pecorino cheese, then perfectly sear scallops topped with a unique Prosecco butter and sided by haricots verts cooked with white wine, garlic and shallots. End your meal with a decadent chocolate cake prepared with sweet port wine.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Will is an amazing cook; his classes are fun and the results are delicious. He is also very accommodating to dietary preferences and works with his guests to create wonderful food!
