Cooking Class - Famous Italian Pasta Dishes

It was incredible. He was engaging, friendly, enthusiastic, and the life of the party. He brought Italy to us!

Chef Luca is a master of his craft. He is an incredible chef, who took the time to explain what he was doing and why each step of the way. He uses only the best ingredients, straight from Italia, where he is originally from. And not only is Chef Luca a world-class chef, he is one of the most entertaining people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He had my fiancee and I in stitches laughing all night -- there wasn't a single dull moment. Can't wait to get my own pasta machine/attachments so that we can try one of Chef Luca's recipes on our own next time!

Chef Luca is great! Very fun learning from him, he truly wants to teach and loves cooking. We weren’t complete novices, but we both felt we learned a bunch from the lesson and had an amazing meal

Chef Luca was a blast! Not only did we learn new cooking techniques, we also learned how to enjoy preparing a meal together. We most appreciated Chef Luca's patience with each of us as he let us roll up our sleeves and make pasta from scratch. We have already purchased pasta attachments for our Kitchen Aid mixer so that we can re-create the experience on our own, using the techniques learned from Chef Luca. The night flew by, and the meal was so delicious! We highly recommend Chef Luca to anyone interested in learning and having fun.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time with Chef Luca. He does a great job making the class both fun and a learning experience, mixing in history and fun facts as you're preparing each dish. Chef Luca was very accommodating, personable, and an excellent teacher. 10/10 Would highly recommend.

We had the BEST time with Chef Luca! He has such a fun personality and we learned so much!! Not to mention - the food was INCREDIBLE! Chef Luca brought fresh ingredients and taught us how to make a 5-star, 5-course meal with simple, organic ingredients that can be found at the grocery store or local farmer's market. We would definitely recommend this to our friends and will 100% be calling Chef Luca again.

Chef Luca is absolutely phenomenal. I booked a class with him for my boyfriend’s birthday and it was above and beyond anything I could have expected. Not only did we make delicious food, we also learned so much along the way. It was hands-on, and a when we had questions about the process, Chef Luca gave thorough explanations. I cannot understate just how good the meal was, everything was made from scratch with fresh ingredients. We just finished our class this evening and have already recommended him to several family members & friends. He had us laughing the entire time & we cannot wait for our next class with him!!
