Cooking Class - Authentic Menu of Spanish Staples

Join Chef Lisa as you explore some of Spain's most flavorful and satisfying recipes.

This cooking class will have you creating a Spanish-style spread like a professional as Chef Lisa teaches you how to make a menu using authentic ingredients and traditional flavors.

First, create a crisp salad with bibb lettuce, artichoke hearts and vinaigrette infused with smoky paprika, and fresh green beans with juicy blistered tomatoes. The star of the meal is traditional paella featuring your choice of a seafood combination or a duo of chicken and chorizo. Finally, you’ll learn to make a delightful blood orange tart with zingy lemon zest.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
