Dive into the world of the hit show with a fantastic Philly-inspired menu.
Say "Yes, Chef!" to an in-person cooking class that brings you face-to-face with dishes served up by Carmy and crew on "The Bear". You'll prepare a menu with equal parts gourmet artistry and Philly comfort in every dish.
Begin with fried plantains with corn and chickpeas, dressed in zesty chimichurri. Then, assemble an arugula and fennel salad topped with pears and shaved Parmesan. Your entrée is, of course, an open-faced braised beef sandwich with peppers. For dessert, whip up a tangy apple and cherry crisp that can do no wrong.
