Cooking Class - Southern-Style Steakhouse

What You’ll Do

Learn how to create an indulgent steakhouse dinner with classic Southern twists.

In this interactive cooking class, Chef Jarrett will show you how to prepare a four-course steakhouse meal peppered with Southern ingredients, from buttermilk to jalapeГ±os to peaches.

First, you'll build a wedge salad with homemade barbecue ranch dressing and cornbread croutons. Then, Chef Jarrett will teach you how to make sweet and savory Cajun barbecue baby back ribs that fall right off the bone, and show you how to perfectly sear a Texas ribeye steak served with jalapeГ±os, poblano peppers and cilantro. End on a sweet note with a sweet twist on bread pudding.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I had the Havana Rolls at Event Chef Jarrett had done. They were top notch, savory pork, hickory ham and the citrus Dijon dip. Wow a must try.
