Explore a meal filled with flavor and texture as you prepare five authentic Spanish dishes.
There's an abundance of traditional Spanish cuisine to be discovered in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Ivan. It's a menu filled with classic recipes carefully selected for maximum enjoyment. First, you'll create a selection of tapas, including croquetas de bacalao, pan con tomate and papas bravas. Then, Chef Ivan will show you how to prepare a Valencian version of paella featuring a variety of seafood, chicken and sausage, and a silky crema Catalana for dessert flavored with warm cinnamon spice and the zing of orange and lemon.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
