I really enjoyed the demonstration with Chef Eddie. From the modern yet earthy environment of his restaurant, to Chef Eddie's relaxed and down-to-earth personality, the whole experience was great. He has an open kitchen with a counter and stools, so it was perfect for watching him cook the dishes, and slide that pizza into the blazing stone oven. He made vegetarian "meatballs", mostly from grain, that were surprisingly tasty. And the warm apple fritters were a wonderfully light and fresh way to end the experience. Through the whole thing, Chef Eddie was very personable and engaging. I highly recommend Chef Eddie.

Very neat atmosphere in a great neighborhood. It seems like almost every item on the menu is locally sourced. We had the crispy mozzarella and brussel sprouts for appitizers. Pizza and salad for main course. Would recommend all of it. Definitely be back here soon.

The food was really good. Appetizers, salads, and main dishes did not disappoint. The potato puree that came with the meatloaf was creamy and had the beautiful consistency of a mousse, while meatloaf itself was a hit. The Italian sausage Bolognese pasta was also delectable.
