You'll begin with pan con tomate with rosemary, garlic, thyme and queso manchego, then move on to a traditional Spanish tortilla with caramelized onions, confit potatoes, and goat cheese. Your entrée features a classic paella with Spanish chorizo, prawns, bomba rice and homemade aioli. Top off this impressive meal with poached pears topped with cava sabayon, vanilla crumble, cinnamon, clove and rosemary.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
