Prepare traditional Italian dishes from scratch in this hands-on class with Chef Angela-Michelle.
The only thing more fun than eating pasta is learning how to make it yourself, completely from scratch.
Begin your three-course Italian class with a refreshing spring greens salad with tomatoes, red onion and peppers, then Chef Angela-Michelle will teach you the proper techniques to make your own three cheese tortellini, including making the dough from scratch, to pair with sun-dried tomato sauce and herbed garlic bread. For dessert, you will bake traditional Italian cookies made from ricotta and coated in a sugar glaze.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Growing up on a family farm with chefs for parents, Chef Angela-Michelle learned how to cook at the age of six and bake at the age of eight. Now, Chef Angela-Michelle has become certified in plant-based nutrition, has published several cookbooks, has traveled the world to hone her culinary craft, is the host of two TV cooking shows and is the founder and owner of her own successful cooking company that teaches others how to shop, cook, eat and live well.
