What You’ll Do

Discover the stunning versatility of fresh seafood prepared with Asian flavors.

In this interactive cooking class, you'll explore a variety of ingredients from the salty sea. Over four courses, Chef Made Master will teach you proper knife techniques, including how to expertly slice fish and blend a handful of savory sauces.

First, you'll put together a mussels dish with spicy mayonnaise and delicate fish eggs, and create a ceviche featuring striped bass and citrus juices. Then, Chef Made Master will teach you all about poke bowls as you slice tuna and salmon to top onto rice and greens and drizzle with unique sauces.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

If I could give Chef Made 5,000,000,000 stars, I would!! The food was delish, he made the instructions make so much sense and answered our annoying questions so that we could make it by ourselves. 10/10 recommend this class!

We had such a great time at this class! It felt like we had a private chef teaching us about Thai cuisine and then we also got to eat a delicious meal. Thank you so much Chef Made Master! We had a blast!

My fiancee and I had an excellent experience with Chef Made! He was very professional and knowledgeable, but also created a very chill and relaxed atmosphere. We learned so much and were incredibly satisfied with the food. Honestly the best thai food we've had in NoVA. I would highly recommend this class!
