If you are following the ketogenic, paleo, or Whole30 diets, this is a class that is perfect for you! Chef Stacy will show you how to create a menu that is totally customized just for you, and one that will meet your needs and dietary requirements.

In this completely hands-on class, you will create meals following your specific plan and needs, such as low-carb and high-protein requirements. Flavors will be abound, and vitamins and rich nutrients will fuel you up and keep you satiated.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Stacy was very engaging; she went slow enough to make following along easy but fast enough to keep things moving. I love that she gave tips along the way for personal modifications ( meats, spices,etc). Great class and highly recommended!
