From Chef Benny's mouth-watering chicken marsala to his steak tartare, delectable sushi rolls, and amazing tapioca fruit custard -- all were absolutely amazing. The visual details were beyond measure, the taste, and use of various spices were simply divine. His eye for detail, sensitive palate, coupled with his knowledge of food from various corners of the globe, make for a winning combination.
