Chef Sachet was incredible energy and a wonderful force of creativity. It was very exciting to learn from her and she took initiative to establish a comfortable kitchen setting. I do wish this class incorporated more direct learning throughout each step. We were very engaged in the first few processes, and the cutting of some initial ingredients, and I wish this would have continued throughout the next few steps and courses. It trickled off after the first course. However, the menu was fantastic and the quality of food brought was top-notch. Chef Sachet went as far as to accommodate dietary restrictions and took time picking out quality alternative ingredients.

Chef Sachet was amazing! She taught us recipes that were easy to incorporate into everyday life while also making meals that impress. And she was so nice and fun! At the end we all enjoyed a meal and a glass of wine together and i felt like she was a friend :) Definitely recommend!!!

Our experience with Chef Sachet was excellent. We've done a few cooking classes, but this is the first one that we've done in-home. We had a lot of fun and Chef Sachet was easy to work with. She is fun and personable, definitely good qualities in this type of work. We learned a lot about sushi making, but she also provided great advice on purchasing sushi ingredients. I would highly recommend Chef Sachet's sushi class (I'm sure her other courses are great too). Can't wait for our next experience!

We had such a fun time learning to make authentic Japanese cuisine with Chef Sachet! She was patient, friendly, and came extremely prepared to make this experience relaxing and very hands-on. We spent the evening making spicy tuna rolls with fresh sushi grade tuna, steamed chicken dumplings, and mango-lime tapioca pudding. Everything was delicious and I am confident that I can try these dishes on my own with the detailed recipes and step-by-step directions Chef Sachet sent each of us following the dinner. I will definitely do this again, next time trying Chef Sachetâ€™s Italian courses! Thanks Chef!!
