Cooking Class - Fettuccine Fundamentals

What You’ll Do

Learn the secrets to preparing fresh homemade fettuccine in this hands-on pasta-making class.

Learn how to master of the art of hand-rolling your own made-from-scratch pasta, a beloved dish around the world. Chef Sachet will teach you everything you need to know, including which ingredients to use and the best rolling technique.

Before delving into your pasta-making workshop, you'll create a bruschetta appetizer. Then, after you've crafted your fettuccine, you'll prepare one of two sauces for serving: Arrabbiata sauce with shrimp or a brown butter and sage cream sauce. Lastly, in celebration of your hard work, you'll handcraft then indulge in a rich espresso tiramisu.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
