Online Cooking Class + Wine Tasting - Intro to Spanish Wine and Tapas

This was our first virtual cooking class. Chef Angela-Michelle was pleasant and walked us through how to make 3 Spanish tapas and our food turned out well. We had all of our ingredients measured and ready ahead of time, which was critical as the class moved very quickly, and possibly unnecessarily quickly as we were all done within 45 minutes. Having some additional tips/pointers or info about the dishes (or explanation of the wine pairings selected) would have made it 5 stars. Overall fun experience though and nice activity to do from the comfort of our home.

Great experience! Chef Angela-Michelle has a wonderful and appealing disposition to her instructions. This was my first online or other cooking courses, and I had some anxiety. This is my second class with Angela (Iâ€™ve done 6 classes in total through cozymeal so far). She is AMAZING! He dishes are fabulous. She has the greatest personality. We would love to cook with her in person one day. Pre prepping is a must for her classes but it is worth it.

Great class, really great food! Other than the recipes, I didn't get the "prep" email that told me what to do ahead of time, so I was playing a bit of catch-up during the class, but it all worked out.

Chef Angela-Michelle was very personable and knowledgeable. She was fun as a "host" of the experience! The food was excellent! My 7 year old did the cooking class with me and asked if we could do it again the next day!
