What a great experience. Fun, exciting, new skills, and dishes! It was like having a friend teach you all the amazing food you only eat in fancy restaurants. Such an amazing experience for the entire family! I booked Chef Anthony to bring us through A Taste of Japan as a Mother's Day gift and everything was top notch. The food was beautiful and out-of-this-world amazing. Chef Anthony is wonderful at his craft, delightfully personable, and deeply cares about how food is sourced and utilized, which I imagine is why everything he makes tastes incredible. My 5-year old daughter even had a great time. She learned to assemble the dumplings...and then proceeded to show off her newfound "expertise" to everyone. Thank you for such an amazing afternoon and evening! I look forward to eventually receiving the recipes for the dumplings and daikon salad :)
