WHAT YOU’LL DO

Create dishes with origins from across the African continent in a menu celebrating culinary diversity.
You'll discover an array of savory specialties arising from African traditions that have spread around the world in this cooking class with Chef Leon. Learn techniques and customs that make this selection of dishes a truly international spread.

Begin by preparing akara, featuring black-eyed peas, shrimp and nuts. Then, you'll create lamb with ground peanuts and savory spices. Learn the secrets of jollof rice, peppered with roasted tomatoes and peppers. And for dessert, whip up a sticky fruit pudding topped with fresh fruit compote.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
