Begin by preparing akara, featuring black-eyed peas, shrimp and nuts. Then, you'll create lamb with ground peanuts and savory spices. Learn the secrets of jollof rice, peppered with roasted tomatoes and peppers. And for dessert, whip up a sticky fruit pudding topped with fresh fruit compote.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Leon was a delight to cook with. My friend and I had a great time learning to cook jollaf rice from scratch. He was kind and respectful. He took great care in explaining each step and made the whole evening a memorable experience. Highly recommend him for your events!

Such an amazing and delicious experience! The chef was very friendly, the food was delicious, and the instructions were really helpful
