From Chef Josephs mouth-watering Duck a l’orange to his artichoke salad, delectable sushi rolls, and amazing chocolate torte with raspberry sorbet -- all were absolutely amazing! The visual details were beyond measure, the flavors, and use of various spices were simply divine. Chef Josephs' eye for detail, sensitive palate, coupled with his knowledge of food from various corners of the globe, make for a winning combination. A chef who's worked and trained with culinarys finest, brings creativity to share with all who work with him.
