Cooking Class - Eclectic Japanese Cuisine

What You’ll Do

Discover how to make a show-stopping Japanese feast at home.

Handmade Japanese fare can be intimidating to some, but under the guidance of Chef Joe you'll learn approachable cooking executions and how to incorporate simple ingredients to create a show-stopping Japanese meal at home.

Begin the hands-on class with edamame and truffle sauce, then roll up your sleeves and learn how to make miso soup with tofu from scratch. Next, you'll learn how to slice whitefish for sashimi, and salmon and fennel served in an orange and miso broth. For dessert, you'll whip up honey toast topped with ice cream and berries.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
