From the very beginning, I felt welcome and comfortable in Chek Kiet's cooking space. The seating area is intimate, offering guests a "closer than front row" seat to watch the preparations, cooking and plating process. Questions were answered in a conversational style, allowing Chef Kiet to multitask easily and effortlessly.
