Chef Gilley was amazing! He was a great instructor walking us through each step for each recipe! He was also great at answering any questions that I had during the process! Chef Gilley was an excellent instructor. I have had trouble making authentic flavorful Asian dishes in the past, but this experience was completely different. We loved the food and have new dishes to add to our rotation of regulars. I will definitely look for more Chef Gilley classes and I am very grateful for his knowledge, positive attitude and patience.

Chef Gilley was delightful! An evening that was sure to be a tall order (20ish participants), and Chef made magic happen in every kitchen with his patience and reassurance. He went above and beyond in helping whip up a vegetarian version of our wonton, which turned out to be flavor bombs! We'll be back for more experiences with Chef Gilley in the future. Thank you!
