What You'll Do

It's a cook-off competition of epic proportions as your team makes dumplings from scratch.

The competition is bound to be fierce in this interactive team building cooking class with Chef Gilley. With his expert guidance, you'll square off against each other in a delicious dumpling challenge!

You and your team will learn important kitchen skills as you prepare a spread of traditional Asian dishes. Sizzle up scallion pancakes, create pan-fried chicken and shiitake dumplings and craft pan-fried dumplings filled with tofu and baby spinach. You'll also work on steamed pork and shrimp siu mai in your quest for dumpling domination!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Gilley was amazing! He was a great instructor walking us through each step for each recipe! He was also great at answering any questions that I had during the process! Chef Gilley also had a great sense of humor which made the whole experience enjoyable and memorable! The food was absolutely amazing to eat! We loved every bite! Thank you so much Chef Gilley!
