In this pasta making team-building activity, Chef Afi will guide your team in creating two classic sauces.

One team will prepare a red sauce with crushed tomatoes, onions, garlic, basil, oregano and salt, while another team will make a white sauce using heavy cream, garlic, butter, Parmesan cheese and flour. The atmosphere is bound to be lively and collaborative, with Chef Afi offering secret tips and encouragement. The session will end with a tasting, where your team will enjoy the delicious results of their teamwork.

We had a great experience with Chef Afi! She was knowledgeable and entertaining. We really enjoyed the menu and had lots of food leftover to enjoy the next day. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a fun cooking class where you get to practice and learn some new skills.
