This team-building activity with Chef Li offers a unique opportunity to cook a classic Thai meal in the most authentic way. As you cook, Chef Li will share stories about the origins of the ingredients, drawing from her many years of living and traveling in Southeast Asia.
You'll begin by learning how to perfectly fry spring rolls. Then, master the art of creating a classic shrimp pad Thai. Finally, finish the night by making a delectable mango coconut jelly.
Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.
Thai Crispy Spring Rolls
With glass noodle, cabbage, carrots and mushroom and homemade Thai sweet chili sauce
Pad Thai With Shrimp
With shrimp, rice noodles, bean sprouts, chives, shallots, tofu and eggs
Green Papaya Salad
With green papaya, long beans, grape tomatoes, palm sugar, fresh lime juice, dried shrimp and peanuts
Mango Coconut Jelly
With mango, coconut milk and agar agar
