Preheat the oven to 325°F. Oil an 8x8 baking dish. In a medium bowl, combine sugar, flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, chocolate chips and walnuts.
Slowly add eggs one at a time, olive oil and vanilla into the dry mixture. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake at 325°F. for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few crumbs.
Cool completely. Top with sliced strawberries or raspberries.
Make the vanilla cream. Boil the milk in a small pot and add the vanilla pudding powder. Mix well and slowly sprinkle gelatin and mix in cream cheese. Let cool completely.
Once cool, layer the vanilla cream, and refrigerate for 4 hours. Remove from the pan and slice into squares.
Garnish with whipped cream, walnuts, raspberries and cocoa powder. Enjoy!
