Wash, dry and cut all fruit. Prep and gather all ingredients needed.
Make each rainbow popsicle layer separately. Mix each fruit layer in a blender until combined and a smooth consistency, about 30 seconds.
Keep each fruit layer in separate bowls and prepare your popsicle mold.
Layer the fruit fillings into the mold. Each layer will be 1 1/2 tablespoons of filling, making 10 popsicles. Add popsicle sticks.
Freeze the popsicles until completely set, about 8 hours.
Serve popsicles immediately from the freezer. Keep any extra rainbow popsicles frozen in freezer-safe containers. Enjoy!
Notes:
- Craving chocolate? Dip the frozen popsicles into either dark or white chocolate for an indulgent twist!
- Feel free to get creative with the fruit used and colors. Strawberries and raspberries will make a red layer, and you can substitute pink-flesh dragon fruit in the white layer for a hot pink option.
