WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

Savor an elegant French-inspired menu with beef en croûte, pommes purée and warm tarte tatin.

In this private chef experience, a refined French-inspired menu unfolds course by course. Begin with a fresh arugula salad layered with prosciutto and finished with a tangy goat cheese vinaigrette.

 

For the main course, enjoy filet de boeuf en croûte, featuring tender beef tenderloin wrapped in golden, buttery pastry and served alongside silky pommes purée and maple-roasted carrots with fresh thyme. To finish, savor a warm tarte tatin aux pommes, with caramelized apples nestled beneath a buttery, hand-laminated crust for an elegant end to the evening.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
