You’ll start with crispy, creamy croquettes, followed by Iberian pork tenderloin served in a sweet Andalusian sherry reduction with truffled potato purée and seasonal vegetables. Rounding things off on a sweet note, you’ll enjoy a classic crema Catalana - a silky, citric and cinnamon-infused custard with a torched brûlée-style sugar crust.
