Private Chef - Sumptuous Steak Dinner

I got this as a birthday gift to my sister and she really loved it. The chef was amazing and food was delicious. Chef Christina did a great job of communicating and I would definitely recommend this experience to others!

Chef Christina prepared an AMAZING meal. She was very professional while also friendly and personable. Each course of the meal was of high quality and very delicious! She thoroughly cleaned up after herself which was great as well. Having her come to our home to prepare a first class meal was a great experience. I would highly recommend Chef Christina to all!

Truly enjoyed Chef Christina's cuisine! The salad was fresh, colorful and flavorful. The main course was cooked to perfection according to our desired temperatures and the homemade cheesecake with berries was the best I ever had. We communicated well, she arrived on time, and the food was served promptly- we had an amazing girls night thanks to Chef Christina!

Chef Christina exceeded every expectation and truly made my husband’s birthday unforgettable. I planned a surprise stay-at-home dinner and had no clear direction for the menu, but she stepped in with such warmth, flexibility, and creativity. She graciously curated a multi-course experience for us—two appetizers, an entrée, and dessert, without hesitation. We enjoyed the most incredible lobster bisque and perfectly seasoned crab cakes to start, followed by beautifully cooked scallops that were restaurant-quality (if not better). To top it all off, she surprised us with a rich, comforting bread pudding that wasn’t even listed on her menu; just one example of how far she goes to make her clients happy. Beyond the food, her presence made the entire evening feel elevated and intimate. She arrived right on time, brought such a positive and calming energy into our home, and struck the perfect balance between professionalism and genuine connection. We had such fun conversations with her, and she made us feel completely taken care of from beginning to end. And the attention to detail? Unmatched. When she finished, the kitchen was spotless! It literally looked like no one had even been there. That level of care speaks volumes about her standards and pride in her work. Chef Christina doesn’t just cook, she creates an experience. From her flexibility and talent to her personality and professionalism, everything was top tier. I will absolutely be booking her again for future events, and I cannot recommend her enough. I had the absolute pleasure of having Chef Christina come to my home for a private seafood dinner, and I honestly don't have enough words to describe how special the experience was. From the moment she arrived and started working her magic in my kitchen, it was clear we were in the hands of someone who truly loves what she does. She took us on a beautiful three-course journey that was perfectly paced and full of intention. We started with her crab cakes — golden, delicate, and bursting with fresh flavor. The perfect opening to set the tone for what was to come. The second course was a showstopper: a whole red snapper served alongside mustard greens and roasted potatoes. It was stunning to look at and even more incredible to eat — the fish was cooked to perfection, and the sides complemented it in the most satisfying way. Then came the finale that I'm still thinking about — a dark chocolate sea salted caramel mousse that was rich, elegant, and the perfect ending to a truly remarkable meal. It was the kind of dessert that makes the whole table go quiet. What made the evening so memorable was how effortless Chef Christina made it all feel.
