Bring the flavors of a variety of Asian cuisines to your table.

This private chef experience will allow you to explore a four-course menu featuring Asian flavors. Chef Jasmine will craft a curated and customized four-course meal.

Begin with your first course choice from a refreshing Japanese salad, shrimp tempura, garlic ponzu and more. Then, sample signature sushi rolls, sashimi and nigiri. Enjoy a main course or miso-glazed salmon and ginger-sesame rice, Korean-style short ribs and kimchi. Satisfy your sweet tooth with your choice of desserts, such as coconut mango mousse with whipped cream and lime zest or yuzu panna cotta.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Seared Ahi Tuna Steaks

With sweet shoyu ginger glaze, vegetable fried rice and kimchi
