Be transported to Italy with this incredible private chef experience. Start the dinner strong with a fresh mocktail infused with fresh fruit and herbs before grazing on local antipasto board. Using her background in Michelin-starred Italian restaurants, Chef Karmala guides you to the next dish, a rich truffled crab gratinГ©e and savory wild mushroom risotto that will have you saying che buono. End the evening on a sweet note with lemon tiramisu.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Karmala was fantastic! My boyfriend and I had the best time cooking mediterranean food. She was very welcoming, warm, knowledgable and made us feel super comfortable. The setting was great, intimate and she took time to explain ingredients, cooking tools and more... we learned a lot! Highly recommend her!

Chef Karmala's cooking class was a delight! Her infectious personality made the experience both hilarious and informative. Throughout the class, she patiently explained each step and answered all our questions. I felt comfortable and competent in the kitchen, which is a HUGE deal. She gave us recipes I would attempt again. I decided to surprise my boyfriend with a cooking class for our anniversary, and let me tell you вЂ“ it was absolutely amazing! We're total newbies in the cooking class scene, and honestly, we had no clue what we were getting into. But wow, were we blown away and we can't stop talking about the class! Mala, the magician behind the scenes, set up and prepped everything like an absolute pro. She was very friendly and could probably get a side gig as a stand up comedian. We left with smiles, full bellies, and a newfound love for the culinary arts. Count us in for more classes вЂ“ we're officially hooked! Thanks a million for such an unforgettable experience!

Mala was unbelievable. There were two of us in the course and she quickly adapted her presentation to the skill level of the audience. I've taken numerous courses throughout the years and have never had such a delightful experience.
