Begin your excursion with tender white wine clams and pancetta before diving into polipetti affogati — a Neapolitan octopus and tomato stew — served with garlic bread. Then head back to shore for a dessert of duo panna cotta with dulce de leche and zabaglione.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Kenyan native Chef Ruth is a seasoned chef trained in 20 different cuisines with nearly 20 years of experience in the culinary arts and hospitality industry. After attending culinary school, Chef Ruth landed roles at prestigious places such as Microsoft, as well as with famous chefs. Her true passion is teaching others, so she launched her own company where she focuses most of her efforts on private cooking classes.

Chef Ruth did an amazing job of making us and everyone feel welcome and a part of the experience. We learned a lot and had a lot of fun! We had an amazing group which made it very fun too. On top of it all the food was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend Chef Ruth to anyone that would like to learn how to cook a meal and have a fun doing it!

Fun experience - Chef Ruth did an excellent job walking us through the basics of cajun food. She was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
