Take a culinary journey to Chinatown without crowded restaurants, thanks to this curated private chef experience. Explore a variety of Southeast Asian dishes from street food favorites to classic comfort bites.

Begin with a trio of dumplings, bursting with savory handmade fillings. A tangy green papaya and Sriracha beef salad will cleanse your palate before a fusion duck dish, topped with hoisin BBQ glaze over a bed of fried rice to soak up the special sauce. For dessert, a tropical spin on bananas Foster, wrapped in a spring roll wrapper.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Dinner crafted by Chef Dean, was nothing short of a culinary masterpiece. Every bite was a journey of flavors, with two standout dishes that completely stole the show. The raspberry sauce infused with lemongrass and kefir lime leaf was a brilliant balance of sweet and tangy, elevating each bite to new heights. Equally divine was the plum sauce with a delicate blend of five spice—perfectly aromatic, it added just the right depth of flavor to complement the rest of the dish. The duck itself was seasoned to perfection and cooked to an ideal tenderness, showcasing Chef Dean’s extraordinary skill. It was a meal that left us completely in awe, and we can’t wait for our next experience under his masterful hand!

Chef Dean was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very communicative and when I asked for a customized menu he went above and beyond to make a very special and memorable meal. This was the first time I had done a private chef for a personal meal and I would absolutely consider it again in the future. Especially if Chef Dean is working it.
