Booked the class Create Your Own Pasta with Chef Obianuju in Orlando (Northeast Orlando)

The chef was really nice but overall was below expectations. We were given a cutting board and 1 knife as our tools. How we were expected to make any type of pasta shape with no rolling pin or cutting tools is beyond me. Also, we were told to make shapes. With zero direction. The fact that we were then expected to cook our pasta in 3 pots between at least a dozen people is kind of crazy. Also, jars of sauce not even us making sauce from scratch. In the end my husband used his pocket knife ans a tool and the lady next to us bought a beer to use as a rolling pin and then left halfway through. Overall a bad class.

I recommend this class to any and everyone. Chef Warren is amazing and we learned a lot and it was really exciting to see what can be done with the tools we already have. The menu is perfect and the flavors are everything. I can't wait to do another experience. Try it as a surprise gift/date night like us or just a fun night for the friends/family you'll have a ball!

We wanted to do something different for date night so we tried Cozymeal and we really enjoyed it! Chef Kenneth and his lovely wife were warm and friendly, the menu was excellent (highly recommend the Tuscan chicken) we learned some tips and tricks for cooking, the experience was very hands-on, and we enjoyed our delicious meal at a beautifully set table. Thank you for the experience, Chef- we'll be back!

Chef Warren and his wife were amazing hosts. They were kind and provided a friendly atmosphere while maintaining the feeling of "date night." We had an amazing time learning how to make pasta and the food was amazing. They even went a step further to make it special for my girlfriends birthday. Words can not even begin to describe the outstanding experience and journey that Chef Warren took us on in teaching us how to prepare and present one of his exquisite and very tasty Italian meals. I will say this however - he is simply one of the BEST in the industry! Chef was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and on point throughout our journey. His ability to communicate and allow his students the opportunity to practice what they learned hands on was superb and much appreciated. The environment was very comfortable, spacious, and a fun one at The Pickett Fence. It is definitely an experience that I highly recommend and I promise - you will not be disappointed.

Surprised my lady for her 50th birthday with an in-home visit from Chef Alessio. He was awesome! It was a perfect blend of hands-on for the guests while still allowing him to do his professional artistry. None of us had ever made fresh pasta before and it was so fun. Alessio is very personal and brings a lot culinary experience with him and shares the history of Italy and his journey so well. Itâ€™s pretty amazing to see a professional chef come into your kitchen, engage with everyone effortlessly while not missing a beat. He is the man to book for your private experience. I highly recommend you do. I am glad he was able to share the night with us and give us all a new experience in life. My lady and our guests absolutely LOVED it!

Chef Alessio was amazing! He was very personable and his ravioli transported us to Italy and even made some of us tear up because of how delicious it was. Chef Meco is great cook and teacher, with a background in french cuisine. Everything tasted great, and he even taught me a little food science along the way. My favorite dish was the seared fillet with crispy potatoes and au jus. The au jus he made himself from scratch, and he had a unique way of making it!

He's absolutely a delight, the whole experience from beginning to end was wonderful. He's amazing I loved the food, the atmosphere, it's a very clean environment, his teaching was great, they went above and beyond to make the experience great for everybody. Her made my wife like ricotta which she is normally not a fan of. Well worth it, we had a date night here, wife can't stop talking about how impressed she was, it was MORE than AMAZING!!!

Good concept poor execution. The Chef was very professional and organized BUT the pasta class was located in a pub. Small round tables were the work space with plastic plates and knives. We were given the ingredients and some guidance but did not have the proper tools. No way this is a meal when done. Us and many others were talking about out where to eat after. Definitely not what we were expecting. This could be done more professionally for the price.
