I recommend this class to any and everyone. Chef Warren is amazing and we learned a lot and it was really exciting to see what can be done with the tools we already have. The menu is perfect and the flavors are everything. I can't wait to do another experience. Try it as a surprise gift/date night like us or just a fun night for the friends/family you'll have a ball!

Words can not even begin to describe the outstanding experience and journey that Chef Warren took us on in teaching us how to prepare and present one of his exquisite and very tasty Italian meals. I will say this however - he is simply one of the BEST in the industry! Chef was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and on point throughout our journey. His ability to communicate and allow his students the opportunity to practice what they learned hands on was superb and much appreciated. The environment was very comfortable, spacious, and a fun one at The Pickett Fence. It is definitely an experience that I highly recommend and I promise - you will not be disappointed.

This was such an amazing experience. I loved how the chef explained the history behind the meal while adding his own creative twist. It was fun, tasty, and authentic. The chef also gave us a chance to get creative and artistic while preparing the meal. Definitely a great date night idea. I would recommend this cooking class!

Kelsie was wonderful! She has a relaxed manner with students. She invites you to whatever you are comfortable doing and reminds you about timing. She encourages everyone to make choices and think about what they're doing. She had a nice rapport with our whole group. Thank you for recommended her!

Chef Alexander was fantastic!. He did a great job explaining his process in full detail throughout every dish, and his presentations were amazing. Everything he made tasted great, including one of the best pumpkin soups I think I have had in my life. There was no pressure, the chef was very laid back, and I had an awesome time. I feel lucky to have learned from one of the greats (as well as taste everything he cooked!). Thanks Chef Alexander, A+++!

Chef Solange Ortiz proves to be a vegan chef with truly puerto rican roots. Her meals will change your perception of vegan food, and introduce you to flavors even meat lovers could enjoy. Her entrees are healthy but hearty recreations of staple puerto rican dishes, along with flavorful appetizers and delicious desserts. You'll be glad you learned to cook with the amazing vegan knowledge and skills of Chef Ortiz.

Chef Djeff was a pleasure to work with. Her dishes were delicious as well as aesthetically pleasing, and her culinary knowledge was top-notch. We had a great time in the kitchen and I would love to cook with her and taste her food any time!

Chef Mikko is amazing! His knowledge of sushi is second to none, and he did a fantastic job explaining the dishes as well as providing fresh ingredients. Everything was so delicious! He definitely takes the intimidation away from creating your own sushi dishes.

Chef Michael did a great job explaining his process for creating the dishes, and made sure I knew every step along the way to creating the finished meals. His food was delicious, the presentations were fantastic, and I had a wonderful time tasting everything when it was finished. He really helped take some of the intimidation away from constructing these beautiful dishes.

We just finished our team building event with Chef Warren. It was perfect from start to finish. The food was amazing and we all learned so much. The location was perfect it felt like home warm & cozy but beatiful and perfect for the cooking class. If you are thinking about booking and have any hesitation, book it! It was worth it!

Chef Warren and his lovely wife we're incredible hosts. His Italian Fundamentals class was a perfect balance of traditional Italian cooking, hands on experience, and his personal twist on classic recipes. The home was wonderful. He's absolutely a delight, the whole experience from beginning to end was wonderful. He's amazing I loved the food, the atmosphere, it's a very clean environment, his teaching was great, they went above and beyond to make the experience great for everybody. Her made my wife like ricotta which she is normally not a fan of. Well worth it, we had a date night here, wife can't stop talking about how impressed she was, it was MORE than AMAZING!!!
