WHAT YOU’LL DO

Delicious Italian dumplings in rich handmade sauce are the order of the day.
Expand your definition of Old World cuisine with a cooking class that puts classic gnocchi at the center of the table. With Chef Ny at the helm, this course is an easy introduction to a different way to consider simple Italian cuisine. Learn to prepare a simple potato-based dough that becomes delicate nugget-like gnocchi and brew up a savory sauce featuring the garden goodness of fresh tomatoes, zesty garlic and real basil.
Beverages are available for purchase to enhance your experience. Guests must be 21+ to attend.

Your Menu

Fresh Gnocchi
With potatoes, flour, salt and egg
Tomato Sauce With Basil
With olive oil, butter, garlic, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, mozzarella cheese and basil
Most dietary restrictions can be accommodated if noted prior to the event. Please mention this in the message field when you submit your booking request as adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.

Booked the class Ultimate Autumn Ramen with Chef Ny in Orlando (Northeast Orlando)

Ramen - NYA Did an exceptional job with the cooking experience. She was clear and concise with her instruction. Had a variety of toppings and allowed us to make enough to take some home. When I left, I felt as though I could make Ramen when i returned home.

Chef Ny was passionate and super knowledgeable and clearly loves her job. Which always makes everything better. My mom and I had an amazing time and the food was delicious.
