Cooking Class - Classic Italian Pizza Extravaganza

We had a wonderful meal of sausage appetizer, rib eye, potatoes, veggies and a wonderful bananas foster. Though I am a pretty good cook we learned new techniques and Chef Anthony was very accommodating in helping with specific things I have difficulty cooking. Specifically I can now cook good brussel sprouts. It was valuable seeing him cook these appetizing dishes on my equipment and the specific temperatures he used. The four of us really experienced an inspiring relationship with both Chef Anthony and his assistant, his special daughter.

Anthony was awesome. Above and beyond and made our experience incredible. Highly recommend to anyone as his candor, patience, and effort were top-notch.

Chef Anthony was amazing!! He was able and ready to adjust to all the many weather conditions! It was my husband’s pool birthday party, it was sunny and in within a hour and a half, a black cloud, rain and wind came up !! Everyone saying it’s going to blow over, but alas, it didn’t!, Anthony was so willing to to move into our social room, without a question. He also suggested Alicia for our bartender, who was amazing!! Thank you Anthony and I will always turn to you for my future events and will suggest to my friends to hire you. GREAT JOB, ABOVE AND BEYOND.

Chef Anthony was easy to work with and the food delicious and fulfilling.

I sought out Chef Anthony for a private cooking class for my sister and me. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this experience was. I requested that we focus on vegetarian dishes, as my sister has recently become a vegetarian. Chef Anthony put together a menu of dishes that were not only easy to make but delicious! He was a great teacher- supportive and fun! I highly recommend him for any of your chef needs - catering, personal cooking and cooking classes. You won’t be disappointed!

Chef Anthony was amazing! He can when he said and food was delicious! We had a ball for my daughter’s 16th birthday. We had brunch and dinner prepared in my home. We will be using him again for his meals as well as his cooking classes. He is very personable and pleasant.

Chef Anthony was superb! He cooked a beautiful dinner for our party of 6! He had professionalism, great personality, and of course the food was 5 star! It was a wonderful meal experience and we plan to use Chef Anthony many more times for celebrations! He made our friends palates wake up for each course wanting more! Our holiday dinner was AMAZING! Chef Anthony and his assistant were so professional and the food was FANTASTIC. I highly recommend Chef Anthony - he went above and beyond to make certain we stayed within our budget and still had the most delicious meal. My team was blown away!

Chef Anthony took great care in making our Anniversary dinner very special. He was personable, took great care with food allergies and preferences and friendly. We cannot wait to have another meal prepared by Chef Anthony!

We wanted to do something special for my dads 70th birthday but with Covid we were not able to throw a big party instead we hired Chef Anthony to cook an amazing dinner and he didn’t disappoint! From the first time I called him to talk about the menu, during the dinner and after he was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. The food was outstanding and he made the whole experience so nice. If we are back in the area we will hire Chef Anthony again. He also does cooking classes and would love to try that if we lived closer.

Chef Anthony provided a fantastic experience. Making arrangements was very easy. He arrived on time. He created a tremendous dinner with dietary restrictions that were required. The food was fabulous. He cleaned the kitchen and gave us the leftovers which we enjoyed the next day.. Highly recommend this pleasant man..

The food was extraordinary and our experience beyond our expectation. I found you online and rolled the dice for a way to celebrate my aging parents in style at their home. I wasn’t sure what to expect, you helped me build the perfect menu and WOW you blew us away with the quality, taste, plating of our meal, the manner in which you managed my Mom’s kitchen and your team, and the service of Brian and precious Marie. Every single person at our table is still raving about you, the food and the experience. I could not have picked a more perfect way to celebrate than partnering with you. Honoring my parents and family is important to me and I sure did find the absolute BEST in you. You Sir will see us again. Anyone who reads this review ... do yourself a favor and hire Chef Anthony!
