Chef Paul delivered and out of this world an out of this world Korean fest with a K-pop twist cooking experience. I was hesitant booking for our home, but his 200+ reviews convinced us and it was 100% worthwhile. He arrived fully prepped, is an incredible chef teacher and storyteller and made my boyfriend’s 47th year old birthday so special, even transforming our sushi leftovers into a masterpiece. We hired Chef Paul for a private Valentine’s Day dinner at home, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, he was professional, warm, and incredibly attentive to detail. Every course was beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared - it's amazing how much he did in 2.5 hrs! What truly stood out was how seamless he made the entire evening feel. We were able to relax, chat, and fully experience the night (all while learning how to do something new for us). It was such a comfortable atmosphere at Chef Paul's house. We learned some techniques like properly cutting and deep frying temperatures. He was so hospitable and friendly it was like talking to a friend. We are looking forward to booking chef Paul for more experiences and sharing him (and his expertise) with our friends and family!

Chef Paul was absolutely wonderful! He was very accommodating with making the experience celiac-friendly, which I really appreciated. There was so much to learn, and we genuinely learned a lot throughout the experience. Chef Paul was extremely kind, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable right from the beginning. He was happy to answer all of our questions and really took the time to teach us and let us be involved in the learning process. It was such a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it!
