Chef Paul delivered and out of this world an out of this world Korean fest with a K-pop twist cooking experience. I was hesitant booking for our home, but his 200+ reviews convinced us and it was 100% worthwhile. He arrived fully prepped, is an incredible chef teacher and storyteller and made my boyfriendâ€™s 47th year old birthday so special, even transforming our sushi leftovers into a masterpiece. From start to finish, he was professional, warm, and incredibly attentive to detail. Every course was beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared - it's amazing how much he did in 2.5 hrs! What truly stood out was how seamless he made the entire evening feel. We were able to relax, chat, and fully experience the night (all while learning how to do something new for us).
