Chef Simone is incredible! He's so kind, patient and welcoming to everyone. He's very knowledgeable and highly skilled when it comes to food prep, gastronomy and cleanliness. He came fully prepared and guided us through the whole process with a ton of ease. His accent is also adorable, which really brings the whole classic Italian touch to the experience for those searching for authenticity.
