What You’ll Do

Learn how to craft four traditional courses inspired by Indian cuisine completely from scratch.

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Avi will discuss the history of several classic Indian dishes as you create four courses using authentic ingredients, spices and techniques. Learn basic kitchen skills as well as professional techniques to produce mouthwatering Indian cuisine before enjoying your handcrafted meal.

Begin by preparing red lentil soup infused with bay leaves and cilantro, and onion dumplings from scratch made with chickpea flour, spinach and red lentils. For the entrГ©e, Chef Avi will teach you how to make classic chicken tikka masala and mango rice pudding for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
