I took my mother to Meena's cooking class for as a birthday gift and it was a great experience. We made veggie biryani, chana masala and toppings for the chaat. Meena was a great friendly instructor, very organized and had recipes that took a bit longer already premade so we could have the full meal at the end of class plus leftovers. If you're looking for a relaxed cooking class, that is low pressure, homely where you get to learn a bit more about traditional Indian cooking, I would recommend.

My friend and I had an amazing time with the 7-course Italian Seafood cooking class. Chef Vinutha is incredibly knowledgeable, explained every step clearly, and shared so many helpful techniques. The space was cozy, clean, and made the experience even more enjoyable. All the dishes made were absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun cooking experience!

My friend and I took the French Bistro cooking class and had such a great experience. The class was fun, engaging, and very easy to follow thanks to the chefs, who were patient, helpful, and made the atmosphere enjoyable throughout the evening. The class was set for four people, and each pair participated in preparing different parts of the five-course meal, including a caramelized onion and tomato tarte tatin, bavette steak with mushrooms and red wine pan sauce, roasted smashed baby potatoes, French bistro salad, and a French soufflÃ©. After cooking, each group shared the steps they took to prepare their dish, which made the experience interactive and educational. The ingredients were high quality, the BYOB option was a fun touch, and overall it felt like such a unique and memorable experience. I would absolutely love to take another class here every few months to continue learning from such talented professionals.

We had a fantastic evening with Chef Mathieu. He is an excellent educator, a lot of fun, he provided information and opportunities to create something new. We gave him a few challenges with having a big age range from 12 - 60 and then added a Vegan and a gluten free client, he was able to manage all of it extremely well. There was a lot of food, fun and we all learned new things about spices and techniques for cooking. Thanks so much for a fabulous evening Mathieu. Highly recommend!

Chef Sher is a gem! I donâ€™t cook vegan often, but she taught me so many great tips and made everything fun and easy. Her home kitchen was spotless, professional, and fully prepared. The recipes were simple, creative, and incredibly delicious. This class really opened my eyes to vegan cooking and made me want to explore it more. Sher is an amazing teacher, and a special shoutout to Frankie the sousâ€‘chef for keeping us smiling. :) Highly recommend!

We had a great time at our 7-course Italian seafood dinner cooking class with Chef Vinu. Her place is very cozy and welcoming, and she did a great job showing and explaining everything. We made pasta from scratch, stuffed mushrooms, salad, shrimp, calamari, and more. The food turned out absolutely delicious. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to learn about Italian cuisine.

This was an amazing experience. MATHIEU is your guy! Highly recommend his teaching style. We left confident with new skills and tips to make an exquisite and elevated 4 course meal. My partner and I loved the course. Chef Meena was lovely and a polite host to us the whole time. We cooked shahi paneer with jeera rice and vegetable pakora. With Chef Meena's guidance, we were able to make a delicious dish that feels easy to make. We left with lots of leftovers and we look forward to trying it again by ourselves.

We very much enjoyed our time with chef Meena. We made pakoras, jeera rice, shahi paneer and coriander chutney. Chef Meena had also prepared tamarind chutney and rice pudding ahead of time for us. The food was delicious and we appreciated how simple the recipes were. We can definitely reproduce this at home. Weâ€™re very grateful to chef Meena for ensuring that the kitchen was gluten free and the recipes were all naturally gluten free. We would recommend this to anyone interested in learning how to create an authentic Indian meal at home with easy to find ingredients and easy to follow recipes.

We learned many things from chana masala to frying bhatura to making both chutneys. We made shahi paneer of which the base can be splendidly used for malai kofta and butter chicken. We also made chaat and pistachio kulfi and vegetable biryani. There are variations for how to make all of these but what I loved was knowing when to add certain spices and what oil to use. Vegetable or mustard. We didnâ€™t have any Tupperware to bring so she kindly gave us takeout boxes to enjoy all the leftovers at home. Very helpful. The only thing I would have added was masala chai but since Iâ€™m off caffeine, we enjoyed hot and cold water.

We joined Chef Mat for an evening of Mexican cooking and had a great time! The tasks were split evenly among all the participants (our group of 4, and another solo attendee) and Mat was great at floating between all the tasks, guiding, supporting, and teaching. His expertise shined throughout the night and we had a spectacular meal with it! Overall, a great night with great food and laughs.

I had an amazing time learning and cooking with Sher. She was engaging and very knowledgeable, I learned so much about different ingredients, sauces and vegan recipes. My partner and I enjoyed her calm presence, patience, and her love for cooking. We will definitely be using her recipes in our regular routine and even bought her lovely cookbook. Chef Vinutha is amazing! She taught my partner and I how to make tortellini all'arancia, insalata di finocchi e arance, and amaretti cookies. Neither of us had ever made pasta from scratch, and it had always been something that we've wanted to do, and it was so nice to learn how to make it properly. Vinutha was so knowledgeable, and easy to get along with. She made the whole evening so enjoyable for both of us. The meal we made was one of the best home-cooked meals I have ever had. I would highly recommend booking a cooking experience with Chef Vinutha!

Chef Mathieu is a comic posed as a teacher but manages to do both perfectly. I went to this event with my partner and from the initial greeting at the door, I knew it was going to be a great night. He is a wealth of knowledge and shows you real home-cooking tips from beginners to advanced. Also, his past life as a comic really shines through with his sharp wit that had the entire group dying of laughter many times. We cooked a fantastic 4-course Mexican meal from home-made salsa and churros to tostadas and chili-based chicken. The meals were prepared from scratch, nothing was pre-made which is my favourite part of the night, it really felt like you could replicate this meal at home. If you are on the fence about booking Chef Mat, I would highly recommend going forward to have a night you won't forget anytime soon. Thank you Chef Mat!

My girlfriend and I had a great time cooking with Chef Mathieu. You can tell immediately he has a passion for cooking and teaching others from his stories about his family, the industry, and teaching people from all age groups. He was patient and thorough with instructions, and always explained why we were doing things which helps you appreciate the final product more. He's also a fun guy to be around. Always cracking jokes and laughing, making us feel very comfortable in his home. 10/10 super fun date night.
