The cooking class was excellent and she was very engaging and informative. Just a suggestion, would have liked to have been involved in prepping as well especially for the curry sauce but understand the time limitations.

Had a wonderful experience. This class was very helpful in taking a cuisine that has always seemed challenging to me and making it more accessible, including things like where to get various ingredients and what to substitute if you can't find them. Chef Vinutha is friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate, and explains not just the "how" but also the "why" of the cooking process. And it turns out she had worked at one of my favourite Thai restaurants, and the curry we made together turned out very delicious, just like theirs :)

Nothing short of just a fantastic experience through and through! I surprised my girlfriend for our anniversary by treating her to Chef VinuthaвЂ™s class and she was thrilled when she discovered it was a Thai Cuisine-based class. Personal, informative and very friendly, Chef guided us from the very beginning till the very end with also sharing the recipe PDF with us. In addition to her wisdom, she gave us some unique tips and tricks when it comes to better executing the meals! Highly recommend and definitely coming back for her other classes!

Chef Mike is fantastic, we came in late to his class but he was incredibly warm and welcoming. We had a great time learning and trying ingredients while being super involved in the entire process. Would highly recommend this class to everyone!

It was fantastic, I really appreciated how she not only was very helpful with her instructions but also about detailing how to substitute and the pros and cons of doing so. Additionally her knowledge of the ingredients, what else they can be used for and the science of cooking, why we do what we do changed my outlook on cooking I feel like I'm going to be more mindful from now on. The kitchen was nice and she helped facilitate a casual and approachable environment with the others.

Chef Vinutha offered an amazing cooking/dining experience. My husband and I took her Taste of Thailand Favourites and it was delicious!! She was very knowledgeable and offered lots of cooking tips. Her location is very quaint and adds to the experience. We would absolutely recommend taking one of her cooking classes.

Got this class for my mum and brother as a Christmas gift and they absolutely loved it :) Said Chef Vinutha was amazingly knowledgeable and kind, and was an phenomenal teacher. The food was delicious, the experience was amazing, and the only question they had at the end was "ok so when are we booking next?".

We took this cooking class to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday since cooking is a hobby of his. Chef Vinutha is lovely, friendly and very knowledgeable. She explained each dish thoroughly, had relaxing music playing in the background and was very prepared for our arrival. We enjoyed the meal and the experience very much and would highly recommend Chef Vinutha to others.

This was my first time taking Chef VinuthaвЂ™s class and it was amazing. She was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and engaging. She has created a very welcoming space and guided us through every step of the process. She was also great at sharing details about the ingredients as well as various cooking tips and techniques. Chef Vinutha was warm, friendly, and well-organized. She was knowledgeable about Thai cuisine and about food and cooking, in general. The food was delicious. The only problem is that we had a little difficulty in actually finding Chef Vinutha at the address provided. More explicit information would have been helpful, although, once we found it, your 1-800 number helped us to obtain access.
